RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns for Faulty Items

All equipment is thoroughly tested before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us and we can find a resolution.

Returns for Non-Faulty Items

A handling charge of 25% of the invoice value or £25 (whichever is greater) will apply, plus collection charges (based on weight) and VAT.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery note date or within 21 days of the order date, whichever is earlier.

Returned goods must be unused, in good working condition, and in their original unopened packaging.

AGS reserves the right to decline return requests.

Authorisation & Documentation

Goods must not be returned without first making contact with our customer support.

Our decision to accept or reject a return is made independently and is not contingent on whether our suppliers or the original manufacturer accept returns.

Direct contact by customers with our suppliers regarding returns will automatically void the return request.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
